Virtual Transaction Manager (VTM)
A secure
web-based application available through Resource Online, Paymentech’s
proprietary suite of innovative web-based reporting tools. VTM
provides ad hoc web reporting that delivers a merchant-centric view of
real-time transaction and batch activity. Users can specify a single
day to view, or a date range of days, weeks or months (up to 6
months). In addition, VTM also offers users a summary view of
transaction counts by card type across the entire reporting hierarchy.
With 24/7 real-time reporting activity, batch summary figures and
detailed transaction data seconds after the authorization, VTM
provides the detailed level of data you need, whenever you need it.
We’ve taken security to the next level by implementing several
measures that ensure your data is protected. VTM
features Optional Card Number Masking, which displays only the last
four digits of the card number. This feature can be set at the
individual user level for maximum protection. Your data information is
also securely protected by the Paymentech firewall, required user IDs
and individual encrypted passwords. With VTM, you not only get the
details on your data, you also receive the added flexibility of
viewing transaction data across your enterprise. VTM has several
